Resetting a Forgotten Password

This article is for all School Manager users.

Before You Start

The URL you use to sign into to School Manager is based on your region. Use this list to find the web address you will use to sign in.

Important for logins using Gmail and Google

The following steps do not apply to users signing in with a Google account. Please contact your IT Administrator if you need to reset your Gmail password or cannot login in to School Manager using your Gmail sign in.

 

  1. If you cannot remember your password, go to your School Manager login page and select Forgot Password?.
  1. Enter your email address and select Send reset link.
  2. Select Return to Sign in at the Check Your Email window.
  1. You will receive an email from "noreply@linewize.com". Click the Reset password link.
  2. Type in your new password. Your password will need to be at least 16 characters long (see our Password Tips). Select Save Password.

You will return to the Sign In screen and can login with your new password.

If you don’t receive a password reset email, please confirm you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder before contacting your IT support for help.
