This article outlines how IT administrators can request access to the chat logs from Classwize. At this stage, you must contact Linewize Support for help.
Requesting Chat Logs
Classwize Chat logs are stored for 12 months. You can request copies of Chat logs by contacting Linewize Support United States (844) 723-3932 | Australia 1300 687 052 | New Zealand 0800 445 206. Ensure you include the required log details, such as:
- Date and time
Note: The logs will be in plain text (.json) format and can take up to 7 business days.
