Changing Your Password

This article applies to all roles signing into School Manager.

 We recommend you change your password regularly to keep your users’ data and systems secure.

Important for logins using Gmail and Google

The following steps do not apply to users signing in with a Google account. To change a Gmail or Google password, see https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/41078.


  1. Sign in to School Manager.
  2. Select your email address (in the top right of the top navigation bar) and then select My Account.
  3. Type a 16-character new password twice.

  4. Select Save.
